Meet Mikey, 8: U.S. Has Him on Watch List

Oh yeah, I feel safe now when an 8 year old is on a terror watch list.  I think it is great that there is a list of people on a list, but really there has got to be some way that this list is more accurate and comprehensive.  The CLEAR program was great – we need some sort of system where people who travel a lot can go through a 6 month clearance and be able to travel without hassle – people who are on the list.

The Cost of High Anxiety About Flying

People are afraid to fly – and it seems with more stories about terrorist attacks and planes failing, it makes more people afraid.  It is not easy to place your life and the lives of loved ones in the hands on another person.  But it is done and there has to be some belief and trust that it will be ok.
